Yes, some experience is recommended. This course is built for dancers who already have basic heels foundations  (and/or pole heels basics) and want to level up into teaching.

Yes. You’ll receive a certificate after the final assessment. 

The program includes onboarding + 8 in-person training sessions, teaching practice, and a final assessment. Total length depends on the schedule format (weekly / weekends / intensive).

It can run in different formats: weekly, weekend blocks, or intensive. The exact format is shared after acceptance during onboarding.

Each session is a full training block (not a short drop-in class). Exact duration is shared with the schedule during onboarding.

Yes — attendance is strongly expected, as you are training to teach, and the feedback and practice components require your active participation in the room.

You’ll still get guidance in the private group chat, but in-person practice and feedback can’t be fully replaced. Depending on the program run, you may be given a catch-up task.

Yes — there will be light practice and short assignments to help you retain techniques, build teaching structure, and prepare to lead parts of the class.

Yes. Step 4 is Teaching Practice, where you lead real classes with fellow students.

A lot. Feedback is built into the program and happens consistently during training + teaching practice.

Both. You’ll get group notes plus individual corrections and coaching.

Yes. You’ll learn choreography creation and will build your own pieces as part of your instructor development.

Yes — cueing, structure, and leading warm-ups are key instructor skills inside the program.

You should be able to train safely. If you have an injury, you can still apply, but you should check with a medical professional and disclose limitations so training can be adapted where possible.

Yes. Flexibility helps, but it’s not a requirement. You’ll work within your range while improving technique and teaching skills.

Yes — heels, knee pads, and a towel  are necessary (plus water). Exact gear guidance is shared during onboarding.

No. You don’t need to own a pole to do the course.

It’s held in-person at the training studio. The exact location is shared after acceptance (Step 2 — Onboarding).

Yes, the course is delivered in English.

Yes — other cities are possible depending on demand and scheduling.

Studios can host by reaching out to collaborate: confirm space, dates, equipment, and minimum group interest. Then the program can be brought to your city.

Usually, deposits are non-refundable  because they reserve a limited spot. (Exact terms depend on the specific intake.)

Cancellation terms are provided before payment/confirmation and inside onboarding. Generally, policies depend on how close you are to the start date.

Sometimes yes — transfers may be allowed with approval and within a specific timeframe.

When available, early bird pricing is offered for limited time / limited spots.

This course is not designed for absolute beginners in pole or dancers without flow/choreo experience. It’s for dancers ready to train like instructors, practice teaching, and handle real feedback.
